Haruki Murakami’s collection of short stories: The Elephant Vanishes. The title story is really fun and interesting. It’s about a town that adopts an elephant and the events that follow when the elephant vanishes. How at first, the town is overwhelemed and obsessed with trying to find the elephant. It’s the only thing you hear about in the news. But like everything else, time fades everything – fears and memories. Soon, no one talks about it anymore. No one seems to even care.

People are no longer using Tinder as a way of finding people to date (though some people, maybe, never used this app as an innocent place to find dates). We’re now using it for things like this.
