Failure Makes You A Hero

Personal advice

June 1, 2015

I talk about failure a lot these days.

I  find it empowering and necessary. I find it quite hard to do.

The other day someone asked me for a list of my weekly failures and I started to say this:

“I regret not calling up this guy I liked and letting him know that I’d love to see him again.”

The person looked at me and said this:

“That’s not a failure. That’s a regret.”

“Aren’t they the same thing?”

“No. Regret makes you human. Failure makes you a hero.”
